I was born at about the mid-point of the the boomer generation. I have lived through a tremendous amount of change in our country’s history and have wondered at all that has been accomplished. I am married with two great children and can’t wait for the days ahead to watch them become adults and make me a grandfather!
For more than twenty years I have worked in many difference businesses. Most of them I have run from my home. While I have been both successful and have failed, I have also been an avid learner.
I have recently become interested in the movement in America among my generation (Baby Boomers). We boomers are reaching retirement age at the rate of about 7,000 people per day. Many of us are looking at the future and realizing that we want more from the second half of our lives than “traditional” retirement.
I want to help encourage our generation to be as meaningful over the next few decades as we were in the early days of our adult lives. Writing is my way of making a difference. I hope you enjoy what I write as much as I enjoy writing it!
