I'm new too. I was married in May 1970 and seperated in December 1984, my divorce became final in March 1986 and I have never married again.

I enjoy being single and now it has been so long , I have become quite selfish, especially since my children have grown up and left home.

I have married friends, some who have been married for a very long time and some who have been married several times. I admire people who stay together forever, like my parents and I would have loved to have found a lifelong soul mate, however having made a terrible mistake which resulted in 3 wonderful children I was put off ever trying again. I have had long term relationships, although co-habiting and ended them when they veered that way.

I have no regrets though, I've had wonderful lovers and I have great friends and fabulous children and grandchildren.
