A. They’re neutral.

I know; I know.  : )

According to Desiree Stimpert who writes for about.com, neutral shoes have the advantage of never really going out of style, mainly because they’re so versatile and because many women feel more comfortable wearing neutral colors than they do very bold colors.

Desiree created the following table to give you an idea of how neutral shoe colors tone with different clothing colors.

Nice story, hey I came across this article while googling the web for random downloads. Thanks for sharing I’ll put this on my facebook about this too.

since this is coined as a spring/summer article…do the same go for flip-flops? they are a favorite for many men and women alike :)

Thank you all for the kind comments. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate them.

BurgerLifter — I am queen of the flip-flops … and I say go crazy. Wear neutrals, wear colors … whatever suits your mood. Sometimes Old Navy puts its flip-flops on sale 2/$5. Blow ten bucks and pick up navy, black, gold and a wild card color and you’re set ’til the leaves start falling off the trees. For the past several years Target has had an $8 knock-off of the little leather sandal that JCrew sells for $49. I’m always looking for the bargain, but Rainbow, among others, makes a really nice neutral suede flip-flop for men and women. Have at ‘em! :)

  6. I’ll gear this review to 2 types of people: current Zune owners who are considering an upgrade, and people trying to decide between a Zune and an iPod. (There are other players worth considering out there, like the Sony Walkman X, but I hope this gives you enough info to make an informed decision of the Zune vs players other than the iPod line as well.)

  7. You can tally me in for a Digg. Thanks for posting this on your web site!
