Men Over 40 Should Be Doing These Exercise Moves
By Sean Hyson, C.S.C.S.

Just because you may not be getting any younger, doesn't mean you should work out less than you did years ago. In fact, according to an article in Men's Health, men over 40 should actually add more exercises to their routine to help them stay agile and prevent injury.

David Jack, creator of the Men's Health Muscle After 40 (MA40) program, recommends focusing on exercises that move your body in multiple planes. Why? Being able to move your body in different directions will help keep you more stable and avoid injuries.

If you already have an exercise program you love, there's no need to stop doing what you're doing. Jack created a list of 16 moves and suggests adding a few to your routine each workout, maybe during your warm-up, or doing a bunch together as a cardio session. The moves are easy to learn and target hips and ankles, which are prone to injury as you age, as well as your core.
